Manuscript readiness review, roadmap, and package recommendation. Required before any publishing package work begins.
The owner-approved Harbor Light fee is $125 through December 31, 2026 (America/Chicago). Checkout and signing are temporarily unavailable until the matching $125 Agreement and Service Terms receive qualified legal approval.
Assessment planning may include:
- Manuscript readiness review
- Genre and production complexity assessment
- Roadmap and package recommendation drafts for human Project Manager review
No payment can be accepted until the matching legal-document approval receipt is recorded. No price is inferred after December 31, 2026.
